Hot Breakfast​

Monday - Friday | 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. 
Continental Breakfast | 9 - 9:30 a.m. 

​Cooked to order eggs and omelets, fresh fruit, hot & cold cereals, breakfast meat & potatoes, a Belgian waffle station, assorted pastries, beverages and much more.

Brunch

Saturday & Sunday | 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. 
The hot breakfast selection is offered along with a variety of hot luncheon items.

Monday - Friday | 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

​Lunch consists of a full salad bar with freshly prepared soups, a variety of hot entrées at our Main Plate Station, Grille Station,  Pizza & Pasta Station, and a made-to-order Bravo Station for culinary specialties.

Monday - Friday | 5 - 7 p.m. 
Saturday & Sunday | 5 - 6:30 p.m.

Dinner consists of a full salad bar with freshly prepared soups, a variety of hot entrées at our Main Plate Station, Grille Station, along with our Pizza & Pasta Station.
**The times noted are valid when school is in session. Hours vary while on breaks and over summer vacation. Students and guests are able to purchase meals in the dining hall with cash, credit card, debit card or flex dollars, if available.

  • Day Breakers - The perfect way to start the day! Our breakfast concept includes cooked-to-order eggs, omelet bar, pancakes, waffles, delicious breakfast proteins, and a selection of breakfast sandwiches.
  • Green Scene - Fresh and flavorful fruits and vegetables is the starting point as our chefs created the tasteful Green Scene salad bar concept. Try our assorted dressings and freshly prepared salads.
  • DuJour – When we say soup of the day, we mean it! Our soups are made fresh daily and the menu changes with the seasons, because we use fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. 
  • Main Plate – A wide selection of classic favorites, trendy gourmet selections, and specialty sandwiches. 
  • Villa Toscana – Italian specialties including hand prepared stromboli and pizza, along with fresh pasta.
  • J. Clark’s Grille – Featuring a rotation of speciality burgers, hot sandwiches from the grill, fries, and more. 
  • Market Street Deli – Create-your-own deli station that offers a wide variety of fresh toppings, meats, cheeses, and breads.
  • Bravo! – Bravo! brings the show to the dining room. Colorful arrays of fresh ingredients share center stage while our chefs showcase their talents as they quickly prepare each dish to order right in front of our guests’ eyes.
